A little bit about me

As an independent celebrant I am qualified to design and conduct ceremonies for weddings, vow renewals, funerals and any other life event you wish to celebrate. 

My passion for life has been enriched by a journey from the West of Ireland to the East of England, nurtured by a large extended family and the many ceremonies that entails.

I have a love of colour – especially purple – old houses, new beginnings and taking chances. My westie George taught me to have a joyous approach to life,   to greet each day enthusiastically and run towards friends!

My career has been global and varied, from creating bespoke learning events to running my own wedding catering business.  My work always involves listening carefully, asking the right questions and creating an event or menu that suits clients’ desires and budgets.

I genuinely like people and believe all ceremonies should be personal and reflect the  people involved.

The ceremonies will be inclusive and you can tell be about any cultural or religious rituals that are important and I will work with you to make sure we have all the right elements from readings to music to participants - and I am very happy to work with children and pets!

We will work collaboratively to make sure the ceremony reflects you and/or your loved ones . We will make the most of your chosen location and venue so that you get exactly what you want.

My wealth of experience means I know how to leverage all of my life lessons and professional skills to support my clients and I have been engaged to work on  services  across East Anglia and the West of Ireland!
